Description: Varolii Corporation, a fast-growing, dynamic software-as-a-service company, is looking for a Web Marketing Manager to grow our online presence through improvement of SEO, SEM, e-marketing and online offers, and the development of a Web 2.0 environment. The Web Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating promotional and lead generation activities relating to our website and e-marketing efforts. The producer works closely with marketing, the creative team, a web designer, and the IT group. This role reports to the Director of Marketing The Web Marketing Manager will guide and facilitate the development of Varolii’s corporate web presence to achieve Varolii’s strategic online goals, including increasing web leads, site traffic and stickiness, organic search results, site interactivity and content consistency. The Web Marketing Manager establishes, plans, directs and implements the user interface standards, and management and development methodologies. Primary Responsibilities: •Site management – overall corporate site management, including interface standards, release schedules, site interactivity and lead generation •SEO – monitor and continually improve organic search results •SEM – develop and implement search marketing strategies •eMarketing – support e-marketing initiatives through site improvements; conduct A/B tests of e-marketing efforts •Lead generation – develop the corporate site into a lead generation tool •Site analytics – manage all site analytics and closely measure performance of site offers, promotions and usability; •Personnel management – Manages one web designer, and works closely with IT web developers to take online projects from conception to production •Content – Ensures that web content, web offers and online elements are continually evaluated, updated and enhanced Qualifications •Bachelor’s level education or equivalent, plus three or more years experience in graphic and web/information design, web development and technical project leadership •Strong understanding of Internet best practices and standards •CRM and/or enterprise software experience highly desirable •Working knowledge of: graphic design, web interface design, and multimedia •Excellent writing and editing skills •Proven ability in the creation of quality web campaigns •Understanding of Web 2.0 environment and evolving Web tools used to improve online presence and marketing efforts •Working knowledge of content management systems •Understanding of client-side scripting including Javascript, HTML, and Flash For further consideration please send your resume to careers.seattle@varolii.com.
