Wanted - Part-Time Sales & Marketing Assistant for Busy Executive
Approximately 10-25 hours per week. Pay is $15-$18.00 per hour, DOE.
Position may grow over time to include additional responsibilities and higher pay, including potential for additional per-sale bonuses.
Description: You will be assisting a busy entrepreneur manage his leads and potential sales. This position requires flexibility, dedication, and resourcefulness.
Responsibilities include:
•Handling inbound sales-related calls and emails. Taking a potential, new client from inquiry through to having a scheduled presentation.
•Following up on sales-leads generated as a result of Mr. Bornstein’s presentations or conferences.
•Re-connecting with previous clients to determine if they require the client’s services again, and making sure to get them on his calendar in a timely manner.
•Cold-calling older leads when the client is in the area in order to make the most use of his time in any one area, and setting up appointments and/or presentations where possible.
* Qualified applicant has minimum 5 years experience in Sales & Marketing, managing lists of hot leads and following through to successful sale.
* Qualified applicant must speak English as their primary language. Grasp of additional languages is a plus.
* Must be comfortable speaking on the phone or by email with others.
* Must be a responsible individual who is dedicated to the success of those you work with.
* Must have prior experience managing email and phone communications, as well as experience with customer relationship management.
* Must be organized, detail oriented, cheerful, energetic, dedicated, and engaged.
* Must already have an established, quiet home office where you are able to complete your work.
* VST will provide a dedicated Vonage phone and phone line, as well as a fax line, and a web camera for this position.
Hours: Flexible depending on schedule.Generally Pacific Time standard business operating hours.
