Established rehab firm (25th year) is seeking a VRC (Masters Degree and Certification) with expertise in disability management and rehabilitation counseling to assess the accommodation needs of workers, and to coordinate reasonable accommodations in keeping with established Employer Disability Management protocols.Knowledge and experience in case management, job analyses, implementing job accommodations and conducting ergonomic assessments.FT is preferred, PT can be considered.
