Blue Saucer opened its doors on March 7th at the corner of 92nd Ave NE and Roosevelt.Blue Saucer offers a friendly, family oriented shop, offering a line of high quality teas in addition to specialty coffee. Their goal is to provide the residents and businesses of the North Seattle neighborhoods a place that is as professional and desirable as any of the “downtown” coffeehouses, but without the commute and hassle of parking. The focus at this neighborhood shop is to provide a selection of high quality products, and do it with the best customer service.

The Blue Saucer offers such recognized names as Rishi Tea, Harney & Sons and Stumptown Coffee Roasters.Blue Saucer offers single-origin varietal coffees as well as a full menu of espresso beverages. The Baristas here are trained at Stumptown Coffee Roasters in their professional training facility on Capitol Hill, and are continually refining their skills to pull the best shots and steam velvety milk every time. They use hormone-free milk in their lattes, and delicious chocolates in their mochas and hot cocoas.A unique product here is also the handmade marshmallow.A wide variety of fresh, sweet and savory pastries from local bakeries Macrina, Essential, Mighty-O Donuts and Seattle Bagel Bakery rounds out the fare.

This free wi-fi shop has been revamped and brightened significantly, with beautiful new countertops and cabinetry for the pastries and espresso, fresh paint and a lovely rotating art display from the families’ 40 - year collection!

Current hours are 7:00 am – 4:00 pm weekdays, and 8:00 am - 4:00pm on weekends. As the weather improves, Blue Saucer will extend these hours. Off-street parking is available in front and behind the free-standing building.
