Provide managerial & supervisory support to ensure effective, efficient delivery of library services consistent with KCLS standards & policy directives, & responsive to local community needs. Oversee assigned library facility & staff, schedule staff and handle site specific issues. Select, train & supervise assigned library staff. REQ: MLS degree (ALA accredited) and WA state certification as a librarian. Two to four years certified librarian experience.Application deadline is April 10, 2008. $5,988.21 per month, plus excellent benefits.
