This position is responsible for helping to maintain WAN consisting of 125 workstations, 25 servers, 2 TI’s, point to point wireless, 2 LANs, help desk support for Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Office 2003 & 2007, active directory, printers, general networking issues, PC troubleshooting, PC and Network documentation, training material development, data entry, product research and analysis, and PC assembly/disassembly.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have a thorough working knowledge of Windows 2000, XP, Vista, MS Office 2000 & 2003 Suite, MS Internet Explorer, competence is closely following written and verbal instructions and documenting these instructions when none exist, general knowledge of PC components, software installation, ability to clearly convey messages in written and verbal form and to instruct others, and the ability to use creative problem solving skills to quickly resolve complex issues
