You enjoy deepening your understanding of hair and skin care, actively demonstrating on the shop floor and naturally approaching customers and fluidly determining their needs. You work well with a team, are an effective communicator, and thrive on building lasting customer relationships. You participate in contests, exceed daily goals, and task in the store as needed. You create a fun work environment everyday by keeping the store beautiful, the sales high, your fellow associates inspired, and your customers satisfied.
