Fun, outgoing, professional small real estate company in North Seattle area looking for an office manager / licensed assistant to handle marketing, clients, and transaction management. This is the perfect position for someone who likes being in a support position, is motivated and disciplined to work on their own, but also likes the environment of a team. The position involves direct communications with clients and vendors as well as in-office sales support, managing contracts, putting together marketing, tracking information, data entry, stocking fliers, mailings, research, website entries and other routine clerical and sales tasks. This is a permanent part-time position of 25 – 30 hours per week. The pay is $15 per hour plus bonuses based on team productivity. The position is available to start in April. Preferred Qualifications: •Washington state real estate license (required) •6+ months experience working in the real estate, escrow or lending industry, preferably in one of the following positions: agent, assistant, marketing coordinator, office or transaction management, escrow or lender assistant •Computer literate and ability to use the following software programs independently: MS Word, Outlook, Excel, MS Publisher, Photoshop, ACT and NWMLS •Intermediate level experience working with databases including mail merges and creating, sorting and working with Excel •Organized and systems oriented. Ability to develop new systems and maintain existing systems •Skilled follow-up and attention to detail •Outgoing, fun personality and professional appearance •Experience creating and working with marketing materials and mailings, postcards, fliers, print advertising, … •Excellent English grammar, spelling and proof-reading skills •Prefer experience working in a sales support capacity or as an executive assistant •Knowledge and understanding of the real estate transaction process from contract to closing preferred •Customer service oriented personality, pleasant phone voice and comfortable working with a diverse group of people •Motivated and self-directed but prefers a team environment Job requirements include: •Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings •Hold open houses on weekends and evenings •Have and maintain a reliable and presentable vehicle •Have and maintain a valid Washington driver’s license and insurance •Willing to submit to a criminal background check •Non-smoker
