With the new industrial stormwater permit due out in June, many of my clients will need a Water Quality Report prepared by a LPE (see http://www.ecy.wa.gov/programs/wq/stormwater/industrial/ISWGPdraftpermit112107final.pdf).We also expect a jump in our consulting business due to this permit change. We are looking for an independant LPE to work as a sub-contractor for our company.Scope of work would include preparing the engineering reports for our clients to submit to the Department of Ecology, directing our staff on implementation of these plans, and reviewing data collected by our company. The LPE would be free to perform these duties for other companies as well.Fees for these services would need to be competitive with local engineering firms and some experience in cost effective AKART and BMP (typcially for turbidity and zinc) is required. If you are interested, please email john at john@nisquallyenvironmental.com.
