Job description: Likewise Software has an immediate opening for a Lead Generation Manager who will generate qualified leads through online and offline direct marketing initiatives. This person will develop and test innovative lead generation programs from concept to back-end analysis to provide a steady pipeline of qualified leads. Responsibilities: •Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, in this hands on role you will drive lead generation strategy and programs. •Develop and manage demand generation programs. •Manage web properties and facilities for key content delivery, sales support and messaging including sales tools. •Lead company's internet marketing efforts, including search engine marketing and the development and maintenance of the company's website. •Demonstrated understanding of email marketing best practices •Design the strategy and manage the execution of high-impact go-to-market campaigns to include a mix of demand generation elements such as seminars, direct mail, e-marketing, Webinars, trade shows, user groups and conferences •Manage and negotiate with external marketing vendors/agencies as needed •Develop closed-loop processes to measure ROI for all campaigns and produce weekly, monthly & quarterly reports of lead generation activity •Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Excel and MS Office software applications •Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and operate in start-up environment Qualifications: •5-9+ years of relevant marketing experience. •Proven ability to achieve goals in the fast-paced, high growth and high pressure environment. •Proven experience managing marketing programs budget and ROI. •Strong communication and copywriting skills Education: •BA/BS required
