The Inside and Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for prospecting, managing and bringing to closure new business opportunities within assigned account base.
As a member of the sales organization, objectives will be focused on winning new business and managing customer relationships.Performance will be measured by the individual’s ability to close new business within new and existing accounts.
ESSENTIAL FUNTIONS:
*Maintain required number of outbound calls to prospect/customer contacts
*Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
*Strong relationship-building skills.
*Accurate recording of notes and sales data to the company CRM system.
*Ability and desire to obtain detailed knowledge of product features and technical requirements.
*Maintain company’s computerized customer and prospect database to support sales activity and other marketing by the company.
*Manage regular status reports.
*Work in cooperation with ASI’s teams to ensure a cohesive”Unified” approach with all customers and minimize conflicts.
*Work cross-functionally within organization to ensure all aspects of the reseller business work together for the best results for the company and the customer.
*Other job related duties as assigned.
