The Geneva Foundation is a non-profit organization created in 1993 with the sole mission to support and promote the advancement of military medicine. Geneva’s focus is providing quality service to medical researchers and supporting excellence in medical education and training programs for the military nationwide. The Geneva Foundation provides project management and administrative expertise in the areas of federally funded research grants, privately funded clinical trials, and medical education and training programs.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the Human Resources department with specific emphasis on recruiting, benefits administration, and payroll.The HR Manager will develop, implement and administer recruitment strategies; partner with management to develop innovative workforce plans; oversee the administration, recordkeeping and compliance of the benefits program; and process bi-weekly payroll.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.Associates degree and subsequent years of experience may substitute for education
•Five years Human Resources experience with 2-3 years extensive recruiting and sourcing experience required; preferably in science, research, healthcare or related industry
•1-2 years payroll processing experience preferred
