Bellevue Based Management Company in seek of Human Resources Administravitve Assistant with various duties to include
•Screen all pre-hire candidates, including running background checks, checking drug test results, ensuring all pre-hire forms are submitted, and doing reference checks.
•Review, process, track, and file all HR paperwork, including but not limited to new hires, terminations, and transfers
•Respond to all Unemployment Claims, as directed by the Vice President.Ensure information is provided by deadlines.Inform the Vice President of all unemployment claim decisions, and file appeals as needed.

•Responsible for quarterly Goal Reviews.Send out Goal Review Templates, Bonus Templates, and Goal Sheets each quarter.Ensure that Goal Reviews are received from all corporate and field employees.Responsible for updating corporate employee’s Goal Review Folders each quarter and submitting them to the CEO’s assistant for review at Quarterly Meetings.

•Approve and process all Vacation, Sick, and other Leave Requests.Track all leave on Attendance Controllers.

•Respond to all Employment Verification requests.

•Send Anniversary Stars each month to the Regional Property Managers.

•Order office supplies as needed.

•Provide back-up reception relief as needed.

•Miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities

•Each Friday, compile several weekly reports in Excel: the Occupancy Report, Delinquency Report, and Rental Renewal Report.Reports are emailed to various employees, not limited to just APMI.

•Also responsible for the following tasks each Friday: preparing the property mailings, emailing an updated 2 Week Schedule, and emailing a 7-Minute Safety Trainer to all properties.

•On a monthly basis, responsible for the following: email Monthly Occupancy Report templates, create and distribute Monthly Calendars, and email the next month’s Fair House Coach.

•Responsible for the following tasks each Friday: preparing the property mailings, emailing an updated 2 Week Schedule,

•Review monthly property Leasing Bonuses.Track all errors and submit spreadsheet to Vice President for review.

•Review and submit Rent Special Change Forms on a weekly basis.

•Order, send, and track all Field Office Staff name tags.Create, send, and track all Field Maintenance Staff name tags.

•Book all travel.Follow all company travel and expense policies.Track expenses in Travel Log.Notify supervisor if travel request is received that is outside company policy
