Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Assist Designer in sourcing furniture, fabric, finishes and accessories. Provide project support for client presentations. Expedite and follow up on order status. Process and track purchase orders. Set up and coordinate deliveries and installations. Liaison with vendors to acquire quotes and lead times. Assist in general office duties i.e. phone, filing and copying. Invoicing Qualifications: Ability to handle complexity and multi-task Patience and problem solving ability Strong time management, organizational and communication skills. Detail and process oriented (You must love the details) Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel), Quickbooks
