I have an incredible piece of unobstructed waterfront property consisting of 6 contiguous lots which have been consolidated into one piece of property and a wonderful little one bedroom house with additional queen sized sleeping loft and a full sized sleeping berth too. This home is so adorable that you simply won't believe your eyes! Vintage tongue and groove beadboard wainscoat of mahogany finsh extends 42 inches up the walls and the entire house feels like a vintage houseboat rather than a home. Don't let the vintage charm fool you though because it has a brand new custom cherry kitchen complete with ULine fridge, glass top range and all the beauty you can possibly imagine in a sweet little coastal get away. This is Vintage Nautical meets the sea at its best! The large picture window of the livingroom looks out over an intertidal island in the "backyard" and you can walk out the back yard and down to the beach to clam dig , dog walk or beach comb. Great crabbing right out in the "back yard" too! The clawfoot tub allows for leisurely soaks while watching some huge tugs pulling payloads through the deep water channel or if you'd rather pay attention to the inhabitants out back, you'll see Snowy Egret, Great Blue Heron, Horned Puffin and Harbor Seals. This place has been my dream home but my wife died and I am trying to make a new life for myself up here in Washington and I need a similar home in a similar environment up this way. I work between Bremerton and Pt No Pt doing Home Health, so the property should be somewhere in the middle. I'll find some pictures to post in the next few days, so if you have an inkling to trade for Coos Bay, e-mail me and we'll swap ideas. I only owe approx $156,000 on it now, and as it is a buildable piece of property with all city services: city water, city sewer, DSL, etc and taxes under $1500 per year, this is a great property. Did I mention that it rents for $1250 per month to travelling health care provider agencies? This is a fully restored vintage home with all original charm and character but all new plumbing, heating, electric, roof, foundation, windows, etc. and yes, it is Fully Fenced and has an RV hook up and dump too! You can go naked inside and there are no neighbors out back to see in! Just you and nature! View the North Spit across the water and watch the fun! Any ideas? Look again on Sunday for the pictures! Thanks for looking!
