This opportunity is definitely not for everyone and there are NO GUARANTEES or BASE SALERIES. Our new sales representatives often earns between $8-24K PER MONTH (individual results will vary). This opportunity does in fact offer 50% COMMISSION splits up to $9750 without going door to door.
Some of the investment strategies you will learn include;
Fix & Flip, Foreclosures, Rehabbing, Buy & Hold, Lease Options, Tax Liens, Short Sales, Creative Acquisitions, and Multi Family Dwelling Acquisitions.
