Someone who is forgiving with bad credit. Our rental history is amazing but a few wrong credit choices......well you get the idea.
We have a small child so safety is of utmost importance. We are both employed with great and SECURE jobs. He is in the pipefitters union, and I for a local grocery store. We are well meaning and are looking for a house that we can take pride and ownership in. We dont bug you with pesky problems. He is a certified and Licenced Plumber so any problems in that area and its taken care of immediately! We are clean and love to do yard work! So please! If anyone out there is willing to help a young family, please do not hesitate to email ASAP!!
