Hi I have a large 3 bed house where I would like to rent out 1 bed with full bath. The 1 bed /bath is upstairs. No pets or smoking in the house. Rent includes all utilities. I am a 48yrs male that sleeps mostly mornings. Washer & dryer use is included. I do enjoy a cold brewski occasionally. Damage deposit and background/credit check req.
