3 Bedroom Apartment. Only 5 minute walk from UW. New carpets and kitchen counters. The area is very safe and quiet. The apartment manager is good and its very handy to request maintenance on the apartment. The laundry room and apartment office are right next door.
Water, light, and Internet are about 50 total per person per month.
$575 is for a smaller room with a shared bathroom
$625 is a larger room with its own bathroom, its also a lot more private.
I am currently looking for two roomates starting June 14th, I'm looking for someone who can sign a lease for a full year.
