I have a two bedroom two bath apartment and will be renting my additional bedroom for the month of April and May. Laundry room on site. This is a spacious apartment on bus line to downtown Seattle and University of Washington. Small grocery store within walking distance.
No pets and no smoking. Very quiet secured building. Please be aware this is only available for the remainder of April and the entire month of May. There will not be an option for longer rental terms.
Background and credit check required. The month of April will be pro-rated and the rent for May will be required at time of move in.
