COST: Rent is $550 including utilities (power, cable, gas, internet, water, sewage and garbage). First, last, and $250 deposit ($100 refundable) required upon move-in. Garage parking is available for additional $50 per-month. A background check and income verification will also be required. Six months lease or more.
