We are looking for a hardworking, reliable guy who doesn't make too much noise.The owner of the house works very early in the morning, so it's better if you do too. The room is large: big enough for a king size bed, computer desk, large TV and has its own entrance.The house is on a quiet street in Bothell near to the Country Village.The cost is $550 per month, plus half of utilities(Under $100 per month). There is a high-speed internet/cable connection in the room currently that can be kept if desired.
