For job reasons I need to move ASAP from this great apartment.My lease ends at the end of June and we need someone to take over it for the next ten weeks. This person would have to be ready to move in by next weekend (April 12th/13th).
April's rent will be of $550, since you would be moving in almost during the middle of the month.May and June's rent would go to normal $1085.
The apartment is 650sq ft with hardwood floors, perfect for a single person or couple.
This is a great place amazingly close to Downtown Seattle and Bellevue, with lots of green spaces, trails, restaurants, and shops.
Parking is included and utilities ran from $80-$100 a month (gas, water, energy etc).
If you move in you will be saving $700 (no security deposit, no move in fee, no last month's rent), if you decided to continue with the lease after June.
PLEASE only inquire if you're able to make a decision ON THE SPOT and if you're very serious about moving in.
