This house is in great location and great quite neighborhood. We are 4 adults, one cat, one dog, and two 4 year-olds kids, one only comes on the weekend.
This home is 3 mins from the park and ride, I-5 and 405, Alderwood mall, Edmonds Community college, and Central WA university. Also, nearby tons of restaurants (for you restaurant workers).
