backyard: backdoor patio opens into spacious backyard with fire pit and chair swing.
cost to move in april 15th: $250 for the month of april. + last month (500) = 750
$750 total to move in april 15th. $500 a month thereafter.+ water+light
averages to about 30-40 per person a month.
note: you will be living with three other people.
