Hello, I'm a 23-year-old undergrad UW student looking for a place to live close to UW.This is my last year of undergrad but I am planning on starting graduate school at UW next spring, so I plan on being here for a while.I'm pretty laid-back, easy to get along with, responsible and definitely capable of paying bills/rent on-time.I do, however, have a 24.3 lbs. American Eskimo dog that I am not willing to part with- he is, however, very friendly and gets along well with all other animals.I'm pretty much looking for a good living environment, not into heavy parties, using drugs, smoking, or excessively wild or crazy lifestyles, just simple and drama-free.I also like sports so having a possible cable connection is much appreciated.Looking to live with similar-minded people.Also, staying close to UW is very important to me, in particular the Wedgwood-Ravenna-Sand Point-Greenlake-Wallingford areas.Parking too is a must, I drive a large truck.If this sounds good, please shoot me an email.Thanks!
