House has 2 stories, each self-contained (each floor has its own bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and living room.). wall to wall carpet. washer and dryer in basement (free, not coin-op.) huge covered deck downstairs. The available room is downstairs, 10' x 13' w/ 3' x 5' closet. The landlord has owned this property for a long time and the rent is extraordinarily cheap for this area. Sorry, no smoking (of any kind) and no pets.
About Us: We are 5 wonderfully chill, drama-free, quiet, friendly people. Between 24-29. Professionals in a wide range of fields (grad-student, engineer, chef, financial analyst, legal assistant). We are very busy with our separate lives but still find time to hang out, share occasional drinks, share occasional Sunday dinners, etc. We are all somewhat different but genuinely like each other, which is rare in a housing situation!

Between 22-35 (somewhat flexible for the right person). No drugs, no pets, no smoking (except for outside). Please be drama-free. No big partiers please.
Rent is $442 + util (averages around $80/month). First and last month rent + deposit is due at move in. Lease is month to month.
