I am relocating to Seattle this summer and looking for a two bedroom apartment to rent in a safe and friendly neighborhood.

Desired features:
•Rent and utilities w/in $1500/month
•2 bedrooms
•1 year lease
•Available around 1st of August
•On or near bus line to Downtown
•W/D in unit (or connections)
•Balcony, patio or yard
•Nice kitchen (with gas range)
•Occasional pet visitor allowed
•Smoking permitted (outdoors okay)

Preferred Neighborhoods:
•Queen Anne
•Magnolia
•Capitol Hill
•+ vicinity

I am a Federal employee transferring from Singapore back to the U.S. and will be posted to Seattle for 4 years.
